ACT NO. 119. AN ACT Making an appropriation to defray the ordinary expenses of the Government and its Departments for the year commencing July 1st, 1921, and ending June 30th, 1922, to carry out the provisions of the Constitution of 1921, and for such other purposes as are herein expressed.

ACT NO. 122 AN ACT To carry into effect those provisions of Article Eight of the Constitution of Nineteen Hundred and Twenty One, relative to a new registration of voters throughout the State; to regulate the mode and manner of registering voters; to provide for the appointment of special canvassers, investigators and such deputies and office assistants as may be necessary to the proper and efficient conduct of the office of the Registrars of Voters throughout the State; to provide penalties for violations of the provisions of this Act; to provide for a Registrar of Voters for the Parish of Orleans, to be appointed by the Governor, and one for each Parish in the State, to be appointed by the Police Jury or other governing authority of such Parish ; and to define the duties and powers and fix the compensation of Registrars of Voters throughout the State, and of their deputies and other employees.
