ACT No. 5 AN ACT To appropriate the sum of Nine Million Seven Hundred Twenty-four Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-three and no/100 ($9,724,793.00) Dollars out of the General Fund of the State of Louisiana for the fiscal year 1967- 1968 to be allocated to designated agencies in specified amounts for the purpose of paying deficits incurred in the operating and other expenses of said agencies during the 1967-1968 fiscal year.

ACT No. 303 AN ACT To authorize certain named persons, either individually or individually and on behalf of certain other persons, to file suit against the state of Louisiana through certain specified departments, boards, commissions or agencies of the state and/or to file suit against certain specified political subdivisions of the state directly or through certain specified departments, commissions, or agencies alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the officers, agents and/or employees thereof; to waive immunity from such suits and from liability therefrom; to waive prescription and peremption and otherwise to provide with respect to such suits.
