ACT No. 12. AN ACT Authorizing the Secretary-Treasurer of the Charity Hospital of Louisiana, New Orleans, to administer oaths and take acknowledgments.

ACT NO. 30. AN ACT Making an appropriation to defray the ordinary expenses of the Government; to pay the interest on the public debt; and to support public schools and public charities in the State of Louisiana; to build and repair public levees; to maintain the State Penitentiary; and other State departments for the year commencing July 1st, 1930, and ending June 30th, 1931, and for the year commencing July 1st, 1931, and ending June 30th, 1932.

I therefore sign and approve this House Bill No. 331, except and subject to the items vetoed and herein mentioned.

ACT No. 33. AN ACT To appropriate the sum of One Million, Six Hundred and Seventy-three Thousand, Five Hundred and Seventy- five Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($1,673,575.13), for the purpose of repaying money borrowed from the Fiscal Agency banks by the Board of Liquidation of the State Debt, and providing for the payment thereof.

Approved in part and vetoed in part on this July 11th, 1930.
