ACT No. 14  AN ACT To appropriate the sum of Two Hundred One Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Two and No/100 ($201,272.00) Dollars, plus legal interest from date of judicial demand until paid and costs of court in the amount of $7,044.40, out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana to be used to pay the final judgment in the suit entitled "Kenneth Aubert, et al vs. Charity Hospital of Louisiana, et al," bearing Number 76-0005 on the docket of the Civil District Court for the parish of Orleans, state of Louisiana.

ACT No. 17  AN ACT To appropriate the sum of Forty Thousand and No/100 ($40,000.00) Dollars, plus legal interest from date of judgment, until paid out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana to be used to pay to Employers Insurance of Wausau a portion of the final judgment in the suit entitled "Lorraine L. Allen in Her Capacity as Tutrix of the Estate of Her Minor Child, Kevin Warren Allen versus Charity Hospital of Louisiana at New Orleans," bearing the Number 76-2802 on the docket of the Civil District Court for the parish of Orleans, state of Louisiana.

ACT No. 231   AN ACT To provide with respect to the capital outlay budget and the capital outlay program for state government, state institutions, and other public entities; providing for the designation of projects and improvements included therein; providing for the financing thereof by making appropriations from certain sources, and otherwise providing with respect thereto.

ACT No. 230   AN ACT To enact the Omnibus Bond Authorization Act of 1979 relative to the implementation of a five-year capital improvement program; to provide for the repeal of Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Million, Nine Hundred Ten Thousand and No/100 ($996,910,000.00) Dollars of prior bond authorizations, to reauthorize Nine Hundred Fifty-One Million, Three Hundred Five Thousand and No/100 ($951,305,000.00) Dollars of prior bond authorizations, to provide for Four Hundred Eighty-Three Mil- lion, Seven Hundred Eighty Thousand and No/100 ($483,780,000.00) Dollars of new bond authorizations; to provide for authorization and sale of such bonds by the State Bond Commission, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.

ACT No. 622  AN ACT To amend and reenact Section 4121 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 for the purpose of changing the voting procedures relative to increasing sewerage service rates; changing the interest rate on bonds to be issued; changing the procedures in the issuance of bonds; and broadening the investment capabilities of the funds collected. Notice of the intention to apply for the passage of this Act has been published as required by Article III, Section 13 of the Constitution of Louisiana.

ACT No. 784   AN ACT To amend Title 46 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, by adding thereto a new Section, to be designated as R.S. 46:923, to require each state operated charity hospital to provide medical and counselor services for rape victims, and to amend and reenact Subsection E of Section 258 of Title 36 of said Revised Statutes, to establish the division of rape crisis in the office of hospitals of the Department of Health and Human Resources, to provide that said division shall be responsible for the administration of rape crisis centers, and otherwise to provide generally and specifically with respect to rape crisis centers in state owned and operated hospitals.
