ACT No. 36. AN ACT - To amend and reenact Sec. 406 of the Revised Statutes so as to grant to the “Louisiana Post Graduate School of Medicine”, and all other reputable and acknowledged practitioners of medicine, rights analogous to those now enjoyed by the Medical Department of the Tulane University of Louisiana, of free access to the Charity Hospital of New Orleans, for the purpose of affording their students practical illustrations of the subjects they teach.

The foregoing Act having been submitted to His Excellency, Honorable Luther Egbert Hall, Governor of this State, for his approval and signature, and the same not having been returned to the House in which it originated with his approval and signature, or with his objections thereto, within the time prescribed by the Constitution of this State, the same has become a law by limitation.

ACT NO. 177. AN ACT Making appropriations to defray the ordinary expenses of the Governor; to pay the interest on the public debt; and to support public schools and public charities in the State of Louisiana; to build and repair public levees, and to maintain the State Penitentiary, for the year commencing July 1, 1914, and ending June 30, 1915, and for the year commencing July 1, 1915, and ending June 30, 1916.
