ACT No. 11 AN ACT Making appropriations for the ordinary expenses of the state govern- ment, pensions, public schools, public roads, public charities, and state institutions and providing with respect to the expenditure of said appropriations; and to appropriate the sum of Fourteen Million Two Hundred Fourteen Thousand Eighty ($14,214,080) Dollars out of the State General Fund and Federal Funds for the fiscal year 1979-80 to be allocated to designated agencies in specific amounts for the purpose of making supplemental appropriations for the operation of said agencies during the 1979-80 fiscal year.

ACT No. 514 AN ACT To appropriate the sum of Three Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five and 25/100 ($3,175.25) Dollars out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana to be used to reimburse Richard Peter Heine, a former employee of New Orleans Charity Hospital, for legal expenses incurred in his successful defense of charges brought against him before the Louisiana Commission on Governmental Ethics involving actions taken in the course and scope of his former employment as evidenced by the commission's opinion of June 2, 1980.
