No. 108.] AN Act To amend and re-enact Sec. 406 of the Revised Statute so as to grant to the “New Orleans Polyclinic,” and all other reputable and acknowledged practitioners of medicine, rights analogous to those now enjoyed by the Medical Department of the Tulane University of Louisiana, of free access to the Charitable Hospital of New Orleans, for the purpose of affording their students practical illustrations of the subjects they teach.
