ACT No. 711 AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 46:770, relative to legal services for the Charity Hospital of Louisiana at New Orleans; to delete provision that the attorney appointed by the attorney general to represent the hospital shall receive compensation beyond his salary; to provide that legal services for the hospital shall be provided only by the legal section of the Department of Health and Human Resources and the attorney general's office; and to provide for related matters.
