Act No. 322 was a joint resolution proposing to amend Section 96 of the 1921 Constitution by allowing appeals from all final judgments in the Orleans Juvenile Court on questions of both law and fact directly to the Supreme Court. Thus, the Criminal District Court no longer had appellate authority over the Juvenile Court.
