Act 280: AN ACT
To amend Section 1580.1 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 by adding thereto a new Sub-section "C" to be designated as R. S. 13:1580.1 (C), to provide that records containing the disposition of traffic violations by children shall be subject to public inspection.


Act 321: AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Section 1598 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the judge of the juvenile court of Jefferson Parish to provide that in the absence of said judge the Supreme Court or any justice thereof may assign any district judge or appoint any lawyer having the requisite qualifications for the office of juvenile court judge to discharge the duties of said judge, and to provide that any lawyer so designated shall be paid the same salary as that of the judge of said juvenile court.


 Act 644: AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Subsection A of Section 1570 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 by adding thereto a new Paragraph to be designated as R.S. 13:1570 A (6), relative to the exclusive jurisdiction* of juvenile courts, to vest said courts with such exclusive original jurisdiction in proceedings concerning any child or juvenile in cases where such child has purposefully, willfully and intentionally deceived or misrepresented the true facts to a person holding a retail dealer's permit or to his agent, associate, employee, representative, or servant, for the purposes of buying or receiving alcoholic beverages or beer or visiting or loitering in or about any place where such beverages or beer are the principal commodities sold or handled, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

Act 645: AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Paragraph (9) of Section 1569 of Title 13, relative to juvenile courts and juvenile delinquents, to include within the definition of a "delinquent child" a child who has been adjudged to have intentionally, willfully and purposely deceived or misrepresented the true facts to a person holding a retail dealer's permit, or his agent or representative, for the purpose of buying or receiving alcoholic beverages or beer or visiting or loitering in any place where such beverages or beer are the principal commodities sold or handled and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.
