Act 73: AN ACT
To amend and reenact Subsection 16 of Section 1569 and Subsection A of Section 1570 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 to include in the definition of neglected or dependent child as used in the laws governing the juvenile courts any live born human being who survives an abortion attempt and to provide that the juvenile court shall have exclusive original jurisdiction in proceedings concerning any such live born human being whose domicile is within the parish or who is found within the parish and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.

To amend and reenact Subsection A of Section 1574 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to procedure in juvenile court; to authorize the filing of a petition by the district attorney without leave of court.
