To enact R.S. 13:1561, relative to courts exercising juvenile jurisdiction; to authorize the judges to impose an additional court cost against certain juvenile defendants; to provide for disposition of such additional costs; and to provide for related matters.

To enact R.S. 13:1595.2, relative to the judicial expense fund for the Orleans Parish Juvenile Court; to provide for the establishment and disbursements from the fund; to provide for salaries of the court reporters, minute clerks, and bailiffs for the Orleans Parish Juvenile Court payable from the fund; and to provide for related matters.
