By Act 513, appeals in cases of the custody, care, or control of children under 17 years of age, and in adoption proceedings, shall lie on questions of law and fact. In all other cases, appeals shall be on questions of law alone.
Act 539, a joint resolution, proposed changes to Articles 52, 53, and 54 on the 1921 Constitution. It went to the voters in November.
