No. 30. ] - AN ACT Authorizing Eunice Wood, widow of Richard Phelps Rice, to be appointed and to act as tutrix of the orphan minor, Magnolia Louilla Keesecker.

The foregoing act having been presented to the Governor of the State of Louisiana for his approval, and not having been returned by him to the House- of -the General Assembly, in which it originated, within the time prescribed by the Constitution- of the State of Louisiana, has be- come a law without his approval

No. 101.] AN ACT To define and regulate the cost of the Clerks, Sheriffs, Recorders and Notaries Public throughout the State of Louisiana, and providing forfeitures and penalties for overcharging or failing to perform their duties, and the mode of collecting their fees.

The foregoing act, having been presented to the Governor of the State of Louisiana for his approval, and not having been returned by him to the house of the General Assembly, in which it originated, within the time permitted by the constitution of the State of Louisiana, has become a law without his approval.
