ACT No. 322  AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 9:5141 and 35:17, relative to the inclusion of social security numbers in acts affecting property; to require that the Social Security number or the taxpayer identification number of the mortgagor be included at the time of inscription; to provide that notaries shall include the social security number or employer identification number of the parties in such acts affecting immovable property; to provide that the failure to recite the social security number shall not affect the validity of the act; and to provide for related matters.
