ACT No. 36 AN ACT To amend and re-enact Section 60.1 of Title 17 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the Jefferson Parish School Board, to provide for a seven member board and to provide for their election and terms of office and otherwise with respect to said Board and to provide for the repeal of Section 60 of Title 17.

ACT No. 133 AN ACT To amend and re-enact Chapter 5, Title 35, Section 323 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Louisiana to provide for the duties of the Custodian of Notarial Records in and for the Parish of Orleans; to provide for duties of all notaries public duly commissioned and qualified in and for the Parish of Orleans with respect to the original of all authentic acts passed before them which relate to or affect real property situated in the Parish of Orleans and which have been registered with the Registrar of Conveyances for the Parish of Orleans or recorded with the Recorder of Mortgages for the Parish of Orleans; and to provide an optional method for the indexing, binding and custody of acts, contracts and instruments of writing, executed before notaries public duly commissioned and qualified in and for the Parish of Orleans.
