ACT No. 12   AN ACT Making appropriations for the ordinary expenses of the State Government, pensions, public schools, public roads, public charities, and State institutions and providing with respect to the expenditure of said appropriation.

ACT No. 60  AN ACT To amend and reenact Section 970 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the appointment of a court reporter and deputy court reporters for the Twenty-Sixth Judicial District for the parish of Webster, the compensation to be paid thereto; and otherwise to provide with respect to the court reporter for the Twenty-Sixth Judicial District for the parish of Webster.

ACT No. 191   A JOINT RESOLUTION Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Louisiana to add thereto a new article, to be designated as Article XIX-A thereof, to replace in the constitution, without change, all existing constitutional provisions creating and establishing and otherwise providing with respect to civil service systems based upon merit in the state and in cities having a population in excess of two hundred fifty thousand and also creating and providing for fire and police civil service systems in municipalities of between thirteen thousand and two hundred fifty thousand population.
