ACT No. 91  AN ACT To authorize the Department of Transportation and Development and the Orleans Parish School Board to transfer title to certain described property, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, located within the parish of Orleans; to authorize the Orleans Parish School Board to transfer title to certain property to the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University Agricultural and Mechanical College; to authorize the secretary of the Department of Transportation and Development, the president of the Orleans Parish School Board, and the president of the Board of Supervisors to enter into transfer agreements; and to provide for related matters.

ACT No. 805  AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 33:1236(55), relative to powers of the governing authority of Washington Parish; to authorize the governing authority to enact ordinances requiring the collection of fees by the clerk of court and the sheriff; to provide that such fees shall be remitted to the parish for the operation of the judicial system and its related agencies; to provide that such fees shall be collected as additions to current fees; to specify which fees are to be increased and to set a maximum for such increases; and to provide for related matters.
