ACT No. 3 AN ACT To amend and reenact Title 47 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the system of taxation of.the state and its political subdivisions, to revise and codify provisions relative to the imposition, levy, collection, dedication, and administration of the system of taxation by the state and its various political subdivisions, to repeal certain specific laws and all other laws inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this revision, including R.S. 4:168, R.S. 26:341 and 342, R.S. 39:468, and R.S. 56:446, to provide for the effective date of this Act and of the provisions thereof, and to provide for related matters.
