ACT No. 14 AN ACT To create and provide for a system of civil service with respect to the municipal employees of the city of Rayne, except the fire department thereof; to create and provide for the organization, powers, functions and duties of the Municipal Employees Civil Service Board of the city of Rayne and the director of personnel; to provide penalties for violations of this Act or any rule, regulation or order issued hereunder; to provide with regard to matters pertaining to said civil service system; and to provide for the effect of general statutes affecting municipal employees or municipal departments in matters of classified civil service for the city of Rayne.
