ACT No. 214   AN ACT To amend Part III of Chapter 6 of Title 41 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 to add thereto a new Sub-Part F, to contain Sections 891 and 892, relative to the sale of certain school lands and other real property and the procedure to be followed by school boards in such sales.

ACT No. 405  AN ACT To provide additional means and authority to carry out the purposes of the public park located in the City of New Orleans known as the City Park of New Orleans by transferring title to certain State owned lands within the City Park to the City of New Orleans and providing for the management and control thereof by the New Orleans City Park Improvement Association, an agency of the State; and to provide for the transfer of title to other lands by the City of New Orleans to the Orleans Parish School Board, an agency of the State; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.

ACT No. 454  AN ACT To create the city court, of Golden Meadow, Louisiana with territorial jurisdiction extending through Golden Meadow and all of Ward 10 of Lafourche Parish; providing for the necessary employees and officers of said court; defining the qualifications, powers, terms and method of selection of said officers; providing the salaries and fees of employees and officers of said court and regulating in general the authority, jurisdiction and procedure in said court.
