ACT No. 24  AN ACT To amend and reenact RS. 47:305.20(B), relative to application for sales and use tax exemption certificates by commercial fishermen; to provide for an alternative method for applying for such exemptions; and to provide for related matters.

ACT No. 29 AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 36:109(R), R.S. 38:2233.2(C), and R.S. 51:2312 (A) (3) and to enact Chapter 20 of Title 51 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, to be comprised of R.S. 51:1751 through 1765, relative to economic development; to provide for economic assistance for disadvantaged businesses; to provide for the creation of the division of economically disadvantaged business development in the Department of Economic Development; to provide for definitions; to provide relative to the executive director; to provide for certification criteria; to provide for duties of the secretary and of the division of administration; to provide for reports; to provide for promulgation of rules; to provide for complaints; to provide relative to noncompliance; to provide relative to applications; to provide for an advisory council and the duties thereof; to provide for certain crimes; to provide for penalties; and to provide for related matters.
