No. 117.] AN ACT To give to acts passed before Commissioners for the State of Louisiana, for any one of the States or Territories of the Union, and to persons authorized to act as such Commissioner in foreign States, the same force and effect as to notarial acts passed in the State, regardless of the residence of the person or persons executing such acts, and defining the force and effect to be given to copies of such acts, and to repeal all conflicting laws.
