AN ACT To amend and re-enact Sections 4078, 4081, 4082, 4083, 4084, 4085, 4089 and adding a section to be known as Section 4092 of Title 33, Chapter 9, of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the creation and organization of the Sewerage & Water Board of the City of New Orleans, formerly Sections 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 29 and 33 of Act 6 of 1899, Extra Session of Louisiana Legislature, as amended, entitled: "An Act to make effective the vote and levy of the special tax by the property taxpayers of the City of New Orleans for water, sewerage and drainage purposes; by authorizing the capitalization of said tax by the issuance of fifty-year bonds of the City of New Orleans under . . .

ACT No. 266. AN ACT To amend Chapter 3 of Code Book III, Code Title II of Title 9 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 by adding thereto a new Part to be designated as Part II thereof, providing that no parent of a minor child shall have the right of usufruct with respect to any property acquired by such child by donation inter vivos from his or her father or mother unless such property shall have been donated by written act executed by the father or mother and the right to such usufruct has been reserved therein.

ACT No. 470. AN ACT To amend and re-enact Section 3720 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 relating to admissibility in evidence of instruments attested by witnesses and accompanied by' affidavits providing that instruments executed outside the State of Louisiana shall be valid if the Notary Public signs either the instrument or the attestation as one of the witnesses as well as Notary.

ACT No. 497. AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of State for the State of Louisiana to accept personal sureties on notarial bonds in lieu of any surety company presently, or which may hereafter execute a notarial bond, upon the notary producing the certificate required by law of the presiding judge of the parish for which the notary is commissioned, that he is satisfied with the sufficiency of the personal surety' bond; to authorize Secretary of State to execute and deliver to the surety company a release effective upon date of acceptance of the substituted bond by the Secretary of State; to authorize any clerk of court and/or register of conveyances or recorder of mortgages to cancel and erase notarial surety company bonds recorded in the conveyance and/or mortgage records.
