ACT No. 88 AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 33:1464 (B) (1), relative to the duties of ex officio notaries for sheriffs; to provide ex officio notaries for the sheriff's office additional authority to administer caths and execute affidavits, acknowledgements, and other documents for the enforcement of any statute which provides for criminal penalties and parish ordinance violations; and to provide for related matters.

ACT No. 111 AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 33:4085 and to enact R.S. 38:2219(A)(3), relative to performance bond requirements; to eliminate such requirements on certain contracts with the New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board; to provide for a company or individual who defaults on such contracts; and to provide for related matters.
