ACT No. 4. AN ACT To create an additional Justice of the Peace and Constable in an 1 for Ward Six of Sabine Parish, Louisiana, and providing for their appointment until the General State election in 1911 , and their election thereafter, and conferring such jurisdiction, powers, duties and emoluments as accorded Justices of the Peace and Constables by existing laws.

ACT NO. 13. AN ACT To enforce Article 170 of the Constitution of 1898 declaring that “no person shall hold or exercise, at the same time, more than one office of trust or profit, except that of justice of the peace or notary public,” and providing penalties for the violation of this act.

ACT NO. 141. AN ACT - To provide for and regulate State Printing of all kinds for the State of Louisiana and all departments thereof, to regulate and define the prices and prescribe the manner in which same shall be done; defining the manner and price at which contracts shall be let, as well as classifying the various kinds of printing and contracts to be made, also creating a State Printing Board and defining its powers and duties: directing the manner and price at which contracts shall be made by police juries and municipal corporations for public printing; providing for the binding and distribution of all public documents and furnishing stationery for all the departments of the government of the State and repealing all jaws in conflict herewith, and especially Act No. 184 of the acts of 1908.
