ACT No. 148 AN ACT To repeal R.S. 13:2581. 1(D) and 2581.2(D) relative to justice of the peace courts in Rapides Parish, to lengthen the current terms of office of justices of the peace and constables to December 31, 1990, to provide for terms of six years thereafter, and to provide for related matters.
