ACT No. 105 AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 9:203(A)(5), relative to marriage ceremonies; to authorize a justice of the peace to per- form such ceremony within the parish in which the court of that justice of the peace is situated, and in any parish within the supreme court district without a justice of the peace court; and to provide for related matters.
