ACT No. 76 AN ACT To amend and reenact Subsections A and B of Section 404, Subsection B of Section 425, Paragraphs (3) and (4) of Subsection B of Section 551, Paragraph (10) of Section 571, Section 591, Section 601, Subsection E of Section 602, as amended by Act 229 of the 1979 Regular Session, Subsection B of Section 621, Section 1255, Subsection B of Section 1278, Section 1279, Subsection B of Section 1285, Section 1300, Section 1311, and Section 1381, all of Title 18 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950; and to repeal Section 584 and Subsection D of Section 602 of said Title 18, as amended by Act 503 of the 1979 Regular Session, all relative to the Louisiana Election Code, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.

ACT No. 627 AN ACT To amend and reenact Part VIII of Chapter 7 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the City Court of Plaquemine, to provide for the jurisdiction of the court, its personnel, the collection and disbursement of funds, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.

ACT No. 713 AN ACT To amend and reenact Articles 4701 and 4731 of the Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure and to amend and reenact Article 2713 of the Louisiana Civil Code, all relative to eviction of tenants, to authorize a lessee to waive the requirements concerning written notice to vacate leased premises prior to the institution of summary eviction proceedings, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.

ACT No. 773 AN ACT To amend Title 51 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 by adding thereto a new Chapter, to be designated as Chapter 21 thereof and to be comprised of R.S. 51:1801 through R.S. 51:1813; to amend Subsection B of Section 509 of Title 36 of said Revised Statutes of 1950 by adding thereto a new Paragraph, to be designated as Paragraph (4) thereof, and to repeal Subsection A of Section 289 of Title 32 of said Revised Statutes and Subsection I of Section 571.11 of Title 15 of said Revised Statutes, all to provide with respect to litter control and recycling, including provisions to establish the Louisiana Litter Control and Recycling Commission and to provide for its membership, powers, and duties, to declare the legislative purpose, to prohibit certain acts and to provide penalties for violations, to provide for public campaigns to accomplish the purposes of the Act, to establish the Louisiana Beautification Fund, to provide for the establishment of a litter violations bureau, to place the commission in the Department of Transportation and Development and provide for the respective powers, duties, and authority of the department and its officers and of the commission, and to provide for related matters.
