ACT No. 6 AN ACT To amend and re-enact Subsection 21 of Section 1952 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the City Court of Shreveport, to provide with respect to the jurisdiction thereof, and to provide with respect to the jurisdiction of justices of the peace in wards of which a portion may be included within the corporate limits of the city of Shreveport.

ACT No. 15 AN ACT To amend Title 18 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 to add thereto a new Section to be designated as R.S. 18:311.1, to provide for the amount of the deposits to be made by candidates for certain offices in Caddo Parish.

ACT No. 16 AN ACT To abolish the office of justice of the peace and constable for Ward 3 of St. Mary Parish and the Mayor's Court of Franklin, Louisiana, and to create and provide for the City Court of the Town of Franklin, Louisiana; to provide for the jurisdiction of said court, its judge and other officials and employees and with respect to matters in connection therewith.

ACT No. 414 AN ACT To amend and re-enact Article 4832 of the Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure, relative to jurisdictional amount in civil cases in city courts where the population within their respective territorial jurisdiction does not exceed ten thousand, to increase their jurisdiction from one hundred dollars to five hundred dollars.

ACT No. 504 AN ACT To amend Title 42 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 by adding thereto a new Section to be designated as Section 39 thereof, to provide that no person serving in or elected or appointed to the office of judge of any court, Justices of the Peace excepted, shall, be eligible to become a candidate for any other elective office except that of the office of judge of any court; to provide for the effective date hereof, and to provide further with respect thereto.

ACT No. 692 A JOINT RESOLUTION Proposing an amendment to Section 51 of Article VII of the Constitution of Louisiana by amending Paragraph A thereof, relative to jurisdictional amount in civil cases in city courts in wards embracing the parish seat, or containing cities of more than five thousand but not in excess of ten thousand inhabitants, to increase such jurisdictional amount to five hundred dollars.
