AN ACT To Suppress Riotous and Unlawful Assemblies, and to provide for the punishment of persons participating therein, and to define the duties of officers of the State in regard thereto, and to punish officers and others for neglect or refusal to discharge and perform duties imposed upon them by law.

AN ACT To amend sections seven, eight and seventy of an act entitled an act to regulate the Conduct and maintain the Freedom and Purity of Elections; to prescribe the mode of making the returns thereof; to provide for the election of Returning Officers and defining their powers and duties; to prescribe the mode of entering upon the rolls of the Senate and House of Representatives, and to enforce article one hundred and three of the constitution.
