ACT No. 594 AN ACT To enact R.S. 13:1889.2, and to amend and reenact R.S. 13:1894.1(C), 1952.1, and 2003, relative to the city court of Bossier City, to limit the territorial jurisdiction; to provide that the city receive all revenues from the court, including DWI fines; to provide with respect to the source of funds supporting the court; to authorize the police jury to divide that part of the parish removed from jurisdiction of the city court into the existing justice of the peace districts, and to provide for related matters.
