ACT No. 149 AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 13:2590(A) (1) through (21) and (25) and to enact R.S. 13:2590(A) (32), relative to justice of the peace court costs; to provide for an increase in court costs collected by a justice of the peace for certain filings and services in civil matters; and to provide for related matters.
