ACT No. 72 AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 13:2590(A) (22) and (B) and to enact R.S. 13:2590 (A) (31), relative to fees a justice of the peace may demand and receive for filings and services in civil matters; to authorize an increase in fees for service of subpoena or subpoena duces tecum; to authorize a fee for notice of seizure in garnishment; to specify that the fees are for operational expenses of the ward constable; and to provide for related matters.
